Sal’s Plumbing was very solid. Our water heater wasn’t working properly so Rheem (water heater company) sent Sal’s Plumbing via warranty.

Sal’s admin staff was very professional both on the phone and via email/text.

Our technician, Anthony, was the best. Due to a faulty Rheem/manufacturer part, he got us a new unit via warranty. Of course, this requires a lot of back and forth with Rheem’s customer service, but Anthony took care of it with MUCH patience. He picked up the unit from The Home Depot, delivered and installed all with a smile on his face.

Daniel and his brother (didn’t catch his name!) from Sal Plumbing were awesome and so kind! Our water heater started leaking and they were quick to respond. They came out and uninstalled the broken one in about 30 min, drove to the distributor to pick up the new one, came back and swiftly reinstalled it!
