The Power to Clear Any Clog

Hydro jetting uses precisely controlled high-pressure water, up to 4,000 PSI, to scour the entire interior of the pipe. How Hydro Jetting Works

Snaking opens a hole; jetting cleans the pipe. That difference is why snaked lines clog again in months while jetted lines stay clear for years.

Safety comes from matching the tool to the pipe: we camera-inspect first, choose pressure and nozzle for your pipe’s material and condition, and skip jetting entirely if a line is too fragile, with an honest alternative instead.

The after-camera isn’t ceremony: you see bare pipe wall where the buildup used to be, and that footage is yours.

Good to know: you can typically use your water and drains again immediately after jetting, most jobs finish in one to three hours.

He was kind, courteous and supremely professional (you know, the type of pro who cleans up after he's done working!). Daniel spent at least three hours troubleshooting the issue (turns out we had a majorly clogged line that was causing the system to overflow into the apartment), and then spent another 45 minutes making sure the fix held.

Hope we don't need another repair anytime soon, but if we do, Servistar Plumbing and HVAC (and Daniel) will be the team we turn to.

Great experience with Servistar who I called at 10:15 PM on a Thursday for an awful backed up sewer drain clean out and they answered right away, then showed up exactly at 8 AM as scheduled the next morning. They snaked the backed-up drain, used a camera to show the progress and the root intrusion that would need hydro jetting to completely clear through ... via multiple clean out spots. Very thorough. Mike and Dan tried clearing them, but my pipe junction had collapsed. Typical Studio City hillside soil shifts, I guess. Digging up the yard was costly, but Mike turned a chaotic mess into an easy fix. They had to cut through pavers and concrete to reach the break. You can never achieve a flawless color match on aged patio cement, but their finishing work came  close. Truly great service.

Our drains kept gurgling and backing up into the shower out here in Encino, so we had servistar come take a look. Daniel ran a camera down the line and showed us a massive collapse in the old pipe, plus there wasn't even a proper cleanout access installed. He walked us through the footage and gave us a straight quote for a full sewer line replacement with dual cleanouts. We moved forward with them, and two days later his crew was out front digging. He texted me videos and updates the whole time. They finished the entire replacement in less than two days, and the invoice was totally fair. Definitely using them from now on big or small.

When I say disaster I mean disgusting. The Servistar pros saved the day. From sun up to down. Was it a tad more expensive than I wanted to pay for? Yes, but who WANTS to pay for plumbing issues? Water heater completely flatlined on us and finding someone who could actually fix it right away felt like a mission, when we were staring down days of freezing cold showers with a full house. Servistar came through right on time, diagnosed a shot burner instantly, and actually had the replacement parts sitting right there in his truck. He did not try to pressure us into buying an expensive brand new unit we clearly did not need. Thankfully I found Servistar a few years back and can always count on them to come out quickly without charging hundreds of dollars extra just for prompt "emergency" service. Michael and Daniel are the absolute sweetest best. Another great plus is my boys love them and will watch patiently and quietly while they work. Hey, free babysitting thrown into the mix always works for me!

I have a 20+ year old Bradford White gas water heater that I wanted replaced before next year when electric heaters may be required. Servistar was one of the BW recommended experts. I called up and a couple of guys showed up to look at the job. Subsequently, the manager called up with more information. The two men returned to complete the job efficiently and left with everything neat. They also installed a faucet to a deep laundry sink. I thought they would have to pull the sink out to get at the faucet, but they managed to do it in place. Their quote was the most detailed I have seen for any job. My husband is a commercial builder, so we have incredibly high standards for trade work and look at contractor quotes with a magnifying glass. We knew the old cast iron sewer line under our slab was failing, and another company said the only fix was jackhammering our entire hallway floor. I called Servistar to see if we could do a structural epoxy coating instead. The team came out right away, hydro jetted the line, and used a specialized chain tool before applying the coating. Luckily Servistar was quick to respond and came in asap the next morning and went straight to work! They were both really professional and thorough. They were able to get my pipes replaced within 2 hours and even gave me advice for a different plumbing question that I had. The price was very reasonable as well given the high quality work. We called him in a panic for a hydro-jet emergency, and he showed up right away. Turns out, the whole sewer line had collapsed. He walked us through everything--tried to avoid a full replacement--but yeah, we needed one. The terrain was brutal, and past plumbers made a mess, but Michael powered through. He got it done in a week, made sure we understood the whole deal, gave us a fair price, and said this new line should last about 150 years. We'll check back in a century, right?
