We had a clogged drain and we called servistar plumbing, and HVAC , the line was damaged, and the snake would not go through. We had to replace the line, Michael and his team did a great job replacing our sewer line from the house to the street approximately 60 feet, they are located in Sherman Oaks pretty close to us, they showed up on time responded quickly to our calls and the price was very reasonable Highly recommended

I recommend ServiStar plumbing, we had a boiler stop working and had the warranty exchange it for a new one. We were worried about costs and labor and the warranty manufacturer recommended us this plumbing company and we were impressed. They sent Tyler out to us and he was very friendly, punctional and knowledgeable, immediately you can tell he knew what he was doing and talking about. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond and put a carbon monoxide tube on top of the boiler that our previous plumber never installed. He did things by the book and we are happy with the outcome it couldn't be better.

Sals Plumbing was very solid. Our water heater wasnt working properly so Rheem (water heater company) sent Sals Plumbing via warranty. Sals admin staff was very professional both on the phone and via email/text. Our technician, Anthony, was the best. Due to a faulty Rheem/manufacturer part, he got us a new unit via warranty. Of course, this requires a lot of back and forth with Rheems customer service, but Anthony took care of it with MUCH patience. He picked up the unit from The Home Depot, delivered and installed all with a smile on his face. Good work Sals Plumbing. I would highly recommend.

Daniel and his brother (didnt catch his name!) from Sal Plumbing were awesome and so kind! Our water heater started leaking and they were quick to respond. They came out and uninstalled the broken one in about 30 min, drove to the distributor to pick up the new one, came back and swiftly reinstalled it! They got the job done quickly and professionally and wed be so happy to have them back for another plumbing needs!

Had our water heater go out before Christmas, Sal's saved the day with quick and knowledgeable service. Gave us all the options and answered all our questions, and had our new water heater installed the next day. Explained everything they did along the way and how it all worked, and took the time to swiftly remedy a flow concern after the heater replacement (darn showerhead water restrictors). Thank you for being so efficient, kind, and being patient with all our questions.

We had a pretty complex issue with our Noritz tankless recirculating pump. Jonathan at Sals Plumbing didnt give up until it was resolved. He followed up over several days after speaking with Noritz tech support and fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

I called Sal Plumbing at 11 pm on a Saturday about a leaking 50 gallon water heater. I had tried to soak up the leaking water without success. They told me via text and photos how to turn off the water going to the water heater so the leaking would stop. I had a kitchen sink situation...mostly likely stemming from improper use of my garbage disposal. Anyway, I called Sal Plumbing in the early morning and they send a Michael later that day to access the extent of my plumbing issue. Michael arrived on the promised time and he was quite pleasant. By the time he arrived the detritus that was floating in the sinks subsided, though I still wished for him to ensure there was no permanent damage. It took him a few minutes to check my flow and monitor my drainage. Luckily, I was in the clear...THIS time. Michael was very honest and pretty fair and taught me a lesson today. I called Michael over at Sal plumbing for a bid on a commercial water tank replacement. Not only did he pick up the phone, he went right over to the work site and gave us the most reasonable bid we received. After talking with him over the phone, I can tell he was a good man. We went ahead and hired him. The next day, first thing in the morning, they showed up and did the job the promised to do, quickly, efficiently and with no surprises. They gave our tenants hot water again, a huge relief. The next week I had a rooter issue at another building, again, I called Michael. He and his main man Harley showed up within an hour, did a temporary fix so the tenants can continue to use water, and then returned the next day and did a stellar job permanently fixing the main line drain, not so easy. This is a good company with great people behind it. I would highly suggest running every plumbing issue by them before making a decision on who to hire. My hunch is that like me, you'll probably hire these good men. Thanks Guys !
